Magnetic Field Therapy

What is it?
Magnetic therapy is the treatment of people where they are placed in a magnetic field which can be adjusted in strength and frequency depending on the problem.

The therapeutic effects of magnet therapy are characterized by increased metabolism and circuits, which means that body waste is excreted in more concentrated amount.

The improved blood flow is beneficial for treating many different diseases, especially where there is direct interference in the circuit.

There are many documented studies showing that increased blood flow caused no increase in blood pressure or heart attack, but it caused a widening of the arterial blood vessel network.

The Effect
Patients with poor blood circulation in hands, legs or feet, often have a sense of immediate warm feeling in those areas.

Heat feeling occurs because blood flow speed is increased, while the skins surface gets new supply of oxygen, nutrients and body waste are removed. After treatment, there may be a feeling of fatigue, and may feel less stiffness in muscles. After a series of treatments, cell metabolism is improved, and there is significant improvement in the excretion of toxic substances.

Magnetic therapy is like zone therapy, acupuncture, etc. to promote an increased excretion of waste. Your body will be stimulated to excrete more quickly and in more concentrated form.
Responses can be change in body sweating, increased amount of urine and smell.

Earlier diseases can flare up briefly. One might say that you have to go through all the phases of illness from earlier to achieve a result. This should be regarded as a healthy sign because the body is in the process of getting rid of old ills.

Magnetic therapy can only help to normalize a state and can not be over or mistreated. There have been many studies which document the efficiency of magnetic therapy. Thus, magnetic therapy used by doctors, physiotherapists and hospitals in different parts of the world. There will be reactions after 2-4 treatments or it will be because you can not be helped, or that the dosage should be changed.

Normal treatment is every second day for about 11/2-2 weeks, after which subsequent treatment is 1 or 2 treatments weekly. Sport injuries of any kind may be treated twice a day.
Pregnant women should not have magnetic therapy in their first months of pregnancy, in subsequent months only with low intensity. Further along in pregnancy it may actually be beneficial because the increased oxygen uptake which may be beneficial to both. Magnetic therapy should not be given to people with intestinal bleeding. People with implanted pacemakers should not have magnetic therapy.

Side Effects
There is no evidence of side effects of magnetic field therapy.
